Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or combined education and experience.
• Must have at least 10 years’ experience as an Accounting Manager.
• Ability to work in an international, dynamic, fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Experience in AR/AP, cash-flow analysis and reporting to top management.
• Experience creating company budgets or long-term business plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Monitor, analyze, update and oversee cash-flow, current balances and create various forecasts and reports to upper management on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, and make recommendations.
• Improve cash-flow and make recommendations to upper management and create and update long-term cash-flow plans on a quarterly basis.
• Manage annual financial audit, intermediate audits by outside agencies.
• Human Resource management, tasks distribution, designation of goal, evaluation, and problem solving related to staff in charge.
