Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience and team leadership.
• Experience with large ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
• Strong business acumen and communications.
• Power user of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing for sites and prepare weekly/monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support site leadership with analysis and commentary on drivers behind issues and variances.
• Review KPI data with site teams to understand trends and root causes.
• Support cost accounting for inventory, costing, and ERP maintenance at FleetCare locations.
• Collaborate with local accounting teams and centralized AR/AP for multi-location activities.
• Assist with annual budget inputs and periodic financial forecasts.
• Identify and implement policy, process, and system improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with yearly audits and physical inventory counts.
