Silgan Containers is seeking an Accounting Clerk for our Kenosha, WI facility to support manufacturing accounting, production reporting, and inventory processes. This role collaborates with plant teams to ensure accurate data, timely billing, and proper inventory records, while handling clerical accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus experience in accounting or inventory, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Associates degree in Accounting, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 1+ years accounting, inventory control, or related experience preferred, manufacturing environment ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Input production and material usage data into the ERP system using MO paperwork.
• Audit MO paperwork for accuracy and explain variances from production metrics.
• Process daily customer billing and invoices.
• Enter, audit, and manage inventory adjustments from cycle counts.
• Perform clerical accounting duties and classifications.
• Interact with departments to gather accounting data and resolve issues.
• Backup A/P, A/R, billing duties in a small accounting department.
• Perform daily administrative tasks and additional duties as assigned.
