Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking an Accountant for an onsite role in Pelham, AL. You’ll join a growing manufacturing environment where accounting connects to inventory, production flow, and real-world decisions.

You’ll be trained, supported, and trusted as you grow into a broader, high-impact role. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance with 3-5+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of debits, credits and GAAP principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with new systems.
• Exposure to inventory or manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger accounting and GAAP-based reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Support cash reporting and bank reconciliations.
• Learn inventory accounting and manufacturing cost flows.
• Partner with operations to understand process flow and controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
