Job summary

FIBA Technologies, Inc. is seeking an accounting specialist to support month-end close, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting within a manufacturing context. The role emphasizes fixed asset reporting, cost analysis of WIP and labor, and strong Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing accounting concepts including inventory, WIP and work-order costing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and able to work independently with good communication.

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of accounting experience. Manufacturing accounting experience is preferred but not required. Candidate should possess a strong understanding of general accounting principles, general ledger accounting and account reconciliations, with the ability and willingness to learn manufacturing accounting concepts including inventory, WIP and work-order costing.
• 2. To be trained and acquire full knowledge of the Mas500 accounting system to accomplish objectives.
• 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 4. Ability to work independently, possess strong verbal and written communication skills
