STAFF ACCOUNTANT – MANUFACTURING

A well-established manufacturing organization is looking for a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers, solving discrepancies, and supporting the month-end close process.

What You’ll Do

• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Process and apply customer cash receipts accurately
• Assist with month-end close and related accounting activities
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Prior accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of reconciliations and general accounting principles
• Experience with cash applications or accounts receivable
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
