Samaritan's Purse in North Wilkesboro, NC is seeking a Manufactured Home Manager to lead the U.S. Rebuild team in Western North Carolina.

You will oversee foremen and construction crews, ensure safety standards, timing, and budget adherence while serving the community with compassion and integrity. You will collaborate with homeowners and local authorities to ensure mobile homes and campers meet safety standards and fit community needs, delivering projects that are functional and aesthetically

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class A Commercial Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
12 credit hours of Biblical Studies; opportunity to complete on hire.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise teams, including foremen and construction workers.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work with homeowners and authorities to ensure safety standards and fit for the community.
Address delays, safety issues, or quality concerns as they arise.
Other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Manufactured Home Manager to join our U.S. Rebuild team in Western North Carolina. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
Lead and supervise teams, including foremen and construction workers
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Work closely with homeowners and local authorities to ensure mobile homes and campers meet safety standards, fit the community's needs, and integrate smoothly with the surrounding environment
Ensure that the structures serve both functional and aesthetic purposes for the community
Address and resolve any delays, safety issues, or quality concerns that arise during the project
Other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications?

Serve with Excellence

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and five to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Class A Commercial Driver's License, or no hindrances to obtaining one, is required
12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, an opportunity to meet and complete the requirement is available upon hire.
