Job Opportunity: Manual Press Operator

We are a contract screen printing company established in 2007, operating 4 automatic and 2 manual presses. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience operating a manual press. References are required.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch at 11:00 am. Our warehouse is temperature-controlled.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow work orders and schedules diligently.
2. Maintain organization and attention to detail.
3. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
4. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
5. Determine proper print order.
6. Read and write proficiently.
7. Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
8. Perform repetitive motions and use both hands fully.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of experience operating a manual press.
2. Positive attitude and personable demeanor.
3. Reliable transportation (must-have).
4. Strong time management skills.
5. Efficiently set up jobs to meet tight deadlines.
6. Ability to work well with others.
7. Experience with printing on wearables is a plus.
