Location: US (remote)

Responsibilities:

1. Generate new business opportunities and maintain growing SQL targets on a monthly basis.
2. Utilize prospecting and research tools to qualify and create opportunities with ideal personas in target accounts.
3. Strategize with team members to innovate and improve the overall sales development process.
4. Be open to traveling for conferences, leveraging them as a primary channel for lead generation.
5. Conduct sales development activities using email, phone, and social drip campaigns with enablement technology to connect with new prospects.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective prospect communication plans.
7. Be creative, outgoing, and persistent in contacting new customers and generating new business.

Requirements:

1. Personal drive, energy, and enthusiasm to achieve and surpass goals.
2. Excellent communication skills, able to start conversations with individuals at all management levels.
3. Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoominfo, Outreach, Hubspot, etc., is an advantage.
4. A strong desire to engage in lots of conversations with prospects — a 'phone animal'.
5. Experience selling to local government and state agencies is a plus.
6. Passionate about and comfortable working with AI tools, with a focus on AI-driven solutions.

You will report directly to our CRO and work closely with the sales team.
