Job summary

Flosum is seeking an experienced QA engineer to join our team. You will test new features, verify bug fixes, and perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web applications.

You will create and maintain test cases and documentation, analyze requirements to craft test scenarios, and work with developers to investigate root causes. Strong communication and SQL skills are essential.

• Experience testing web applications.

• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and QA docs.

• Reproduce issues and work with developers to investigate root causes.
• Participate in refinement sessions and release testing.
• Help improve testing processes and increase test coverage.

• Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman
• Verify data using SQL

• Help improve our testing processes and increase overall test coverage

• English level sufficient for daily communication
• Basic understanding of Git
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with browser DevTools
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques
• Experience with CI/CD products
• Experience with DB Testing (Postgres, MySQL)
• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA
• Experience testing web applications
• Experience working with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of automation testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience creating test documentation from scratch
• Experience testing REST APIs
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications
• Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle
