Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Manual Machinist Millwright for our Membranes Solutions facility in St. Louis, MO. This first-shift role (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) focuses on performing routine and non-routine machining, maintenance, and equipment repair to support plant operations.

Strong tolerance and machine shop skills are required, with CNC milling experience preferred but not mandatory. The successful candidate will join a team in the Site Services area and contribute to safety, quality workmanship,

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED.3+ years of machine shop experience.
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to hold close tolerances (.0005).
  • Experience with mills and lathes; CNC milling is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine machining tasks.
  • Assist with design ideas and equipment improvements.
  • Complete maintenance tasks on production and building equipment.
  • Support facility operations with assigned work orders.
  • Follow safety procedures and SOPs.
