Job summary

Air Products is expanding in St. Louis, MO and seeks Manufacturing Technicians for Assembly and Spinning. You will follow safety policies, operate process equipment, handle materials, monitor conditions, and maintain logs to ensure quality and productivity.

Starting pay is $26.55 per hour with a 12‑hour shift rotation (day 6:00–6:00, night 6:00–6:00) and a $1.50 night differential. Training requires 1–3 months on a day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing/hand-on experience preferred.
• Experience with SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plus.
• Demonstrated initiative to complete tasks and avoid errors.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policy and PPE requirements.
• Operate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranes.
• Handle raw materials and prepare batch mixtures.
• Measure and monitor process conditions to ensure quality.
• Maintain and inspect equipment to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Keep logs of product inspection and process monitoring.
