Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical diploma preferred.
• 1–3+ years of manual machining experience.
• Experience using precision measuring tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, erect, install, and maintain shop machinery.
• Measure and test parts to specifications with precision tools.
• Set controls and input commands for machine operation.
• Monitor machine feed/speed during machining.
• Perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety regs.
