Job summary

SST Direct in Morgantown, PA is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to produce precision metal parts in a safe, quality-driven environment. The role involves operating lathes, milling machines and grinders, reading blueprints, and selecting tools to meet exact specifications.

You will set up machines, monitor feeds and speeds, adjust for vibration, and inspect finished work against drawings. Competitive hourly pay, full benefits after 60 days, and scheduled shift M-F.

Qualifications

Job description

DIRECT HIRE: A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manual Machinist to join a dynamic team. Responsible for performing duties in a safe manner and in accordance with quality expectations. Must keep work area clean and organized. Responsible for operating manual machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Produces small batches or large quantities of metal parts. Ensure products meet precise specifications.

Location: Morgantown, PA.

Pay Range: $30hr - $35hr (weekly paid).

Schedule: M - F, 6a - 2:30pm, Hours may change as business needs change (Adjusted to 5:30am - 2pm) + OT.
