Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to manufacture parts to print using manual machining equipment. You will read drawings, perform quality inspections, maintain equipment, and support a safe, productive shop environment.

This full-time, 3rd shift role offers paid training, a weekly paycheck, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k). Candidates must read prints and use calipers and micrometers to ensure precision.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to manufacture parts to print using manual machining equipment. This role involves reading engineering drawings, performing quality inspections, maintaining equipment, and supporting a safe and productive machine shop environment.

Perks:

• Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 10PM - 6 AM | One month of fully paid training on the 1st shift before transitioning to your regular work schedule.
• Pay: $ 24.95
• Weekly paycheck
• Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k), and other voluntary benefits. Paid sick leave and holiday pay may also be available, where applicable.

• Operate manual machining equipment to produce parts according to specifications

Qualifications

• Previous manual machining experience required
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacture parts to print
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification through company training
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and 40 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to load and unload machines and enter production data into a computer

Pay Details:

$24.95 per hour
