Our expertise lies in transforming non-serviceable parts into serviceable condition through FAA approved repairs, ensuring cost reduction and increased profitability for our clients. With over eighty FAA approved component part repairs, our repairs are equal to or better than OEM parts but at a significantly lower cost.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manual Machinist located in Greenville, SC. The Manual Machinist will be responsible for operating manual machining equipment, performing various machining tasks including drilling, milling, grinding, and threading. The role also includes interpreting technical blueprints, maintaining equipment, ensuring the quality of machined parts, and adhering to safety protocols. The individual will work closely with the quality control team to meet the stringent standards required for FAA approval.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating manual machining equipment such as lathes, mills, and grinders
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Prior experience in an FAA repair station or aerospace industry is a plus
