Job summary

Vaxcel International Co., Ltd. is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Illinois. You will help ensure timely order fulfillment, maintain accurate stock locations, and support loading/unloading shipments while upholding safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, forklift and RF scanner skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• RF Scanner experience required.
• Cherry Picker and/or Reach Truck experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are shipped on time and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate order-picking equipment safely at heights if required.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments and staging stock.
• Support warehouse team to maintain stock locations and supplies.
• Report any discrepancies or shortages to the Warehouse Manager.

We are seeking a new Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join our team. Your role will be to help satisfy our customers by ensuring orders are shipped on time. You will hold yourself accountable for the quality and timeliness of your work.

As a member of the warehouse team, you will work with other team members and report to our Warehouse Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Good customer service
• Make sure orders are shipped on time
• Work area is clean and organized
• Ensure accuracy of orders
• Ensure accuracy of stock locationsShip orders using FedEx system
• Maintain trucks and equipment
• Load and unload shipments, trucks, containers

Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
