Hardinger Warehousing in Grove City, PA is seeking a forklift operator to join our warehouse team. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts, prepare orders for shipment, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.

You’ll participate in inventory counts, inspect equipment, and move heavy products to proper locations while ensuring accuracy and safety. Requirements include 1–3 years of forklift experience, HS diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, count, and perform basic math.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of forklift operator and order filling experience preferred.
• Sit-down forklift experience is a must.
• Ability to read, count, do simple math, and write legibly.

Responsabilités

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts.
• Assist with annual physical inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Inspect equipment and uphold safety and operational standards.
• Prepare client orders for shipment and keep warehouse orderly and safe.
• Move heavy products to designated locations and unload incoming shipments.
• Inspect inbound shipments for damage and resolve issues per procedures.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a forklift operator and order filler is preferred
• Sit-down forklift experience is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly
• Ability to meet deadlines while adhering to safety regulations
• Manual dexterity, standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting are a must
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. is a must
• Previous employment verification and drug testing background checks will be completed in addition to criminal background checks
