Santa Ana Beauty Academy Inc. is seeking a Cosmetology Instructor with Manicuring Experience for evening classes in Lake Forest, CA.

The role covers classroom, practical, and clinic-floor instruction, following the school's curriculum while maintaining a professional and safe learning environment. The ideal candidate holds a valid California Cosmetology or Manicuring license, has hands-on manicuring expertise, and can teach manicure, pedicure, polish application, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications

• Current and valid California Cosmetology or Manicuring License.
• Professional cosmetology experience with manicuring knowledge; instructional experience preferred.
• Manicuring and nail service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of manicure, pedicure, nail enhancements, gel services, nail shaping, polish application, and basic nail art.
• Knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, infection control, and safety procedures.
• Ability to confidently demonstrate both cosmetology and manicuring techniques.
• Ability to teach, supervise, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Strong communication and classroom-management skills.
• Must be professional, dependable, patient, organized, and able to work with students at different skill levels.
• Must follow curriculum, lesson plans, and school policies.

Responsibilities

• Teach cosmetology theory and practical skills in classroom, clinic, and student services.
• Supervise student services and monitor progress and attendance.
• Provide guidance to help students develop professional and technical skills.
• Maintain classroom and clinic-floor standards, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Communicate student concerns or incidents to School Administration.
