Job summary

Wayfair seeks a Manager, Network Operations to lead Manhattan WMS deployment across Fulfillment Centers, from scoping through stabilization. You will own implementation outcomes for sites, guiding a small team and partnering with FC leadership and Technology to ensure reliable, cost-effective rollouts.

The role requires hands-on program ownership, executive-level communication, and the ability to align stakeholders around a shared plan while delivering on-time, quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading supply chain or logistics programs.
• Proven success delivering large-scale WMS deployments.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% to Fulfillment Centers and hub locations with peak demand near launches.

Responsibilities

• Own WMS implementation strategy across Fulfillment Centers and new buildings.
• Lead workshops to define future-state workflows enabled by Manhattan WMS.
• Set and govern configuration standards to drive consistency and performance.
• Drive go-live readiness, cutover, and stabilization for sites.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and communicate status to executives.
