Job summary

New York Technology Partners seeks a Manhattan WMS specialist with 5–8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years of hands-on work implementing and supporting Manhattan Active WM (Cloud) across multiple distribution centers. The role requires strong functional and operational expertise, plus hands-on technical skills in SQL, API, and data formats to ensure stable, scalable warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include production support, RCA, and contributing to high-availability

Qualifications

5–8 years of overall experience, including 5+ years hands-on implementing Manhattan Active WM (Cloud).
Strong production support experience with knowledge on ITIL processes.
Hands-on proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs, and JSON for troubleshooting, analysis, and integration validation.

Responsibilities

Apply strong functional expertise in warehouse operations and end-to-end WMS processes to support business and operational needs.
Demonstrate hands-on proficiency with Oracle SQL, Postman, Manhattan Base Component APIs and JSON for troubleshooting, analysis, and integration validation.
Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and operational stabilization in high availability environments.
