Job summary
Insight Global is seeking a technically focused Manhattan WMOS Application Support Specialist to support its on-premise WMOS environment in a warehouse setting.
The role emphasizes backend and technical support for WMOS 2016/2017, including installation, upgrades, log analysis, and Linux-based application support. Strong debugging and root-cause analysis are essential for enterprise stability.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Manhattan WMOS/WMS in a production environment.
- Experience specifically with on-premise Manhattan WMOS, ideally 2016 and/or 2017.
- Strong understanding of the backend architecture and technical components of Manhattan WMOS.
- Experience installing Manhattan applications and supporting application upgrades/updates.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot application failures.
- Hands-on experience working within Linux environments.
- Experience supporting or troubleshooting SCI.
- Experience with application and production support in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide backend and technical support for Manhattan WMOS in the on-premise environment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and upgrade Manhattan WMOS 2016/2017.
- Analyze logs and diagnose issues at the application and infrastructure level.
- Support Linux-based applications and warehouse/distribution operations.
