Responsibilities

• Install Manhattan WMOS and LMS across squads and provide reference implementations.
• Troubleshoot WMOS and LMS deployments and answer questions for squads and stakeholders.
• Define appropriate environments for WMOS deployments (pre-prod, production) and coordinate with GIOS to manage products in client environments.
• Define automation processes and tools (e.g., Chef) for versioning and deploying Manhattan and client software into environments.
• Automate deployment of Manhattan WMOS into all relevant environments.
• Develop Chef cookbooks and other automation tools; support pre-prod, production and developer environments.
• Automate deployment of custom configurations into appropriate environments.
• Validate deployed software at smoke level to ensure basic functionality and release notes accuracy.
• Implement screen modifications, filters, labels, BI interfaces, and SCI/COGNOS-related tasks; install service packs.
• Assist with BI/reporting customizations (Jasper) for invoice printing; provide DC operations support and diagnostics.

• Installation of Manhattan WMOS, Includes reference implementation as well as additional copies as needed by the various squads
• Support for \"gold\" WMOS implementation -Troubleshooting, answering questions for the squads and stakeholders Includes installation of the Manhattan LMS (Labor Management System) offering
• Definition of appropriate environments for WMOS deployments (e.g. pre-prod and production) Partners with the GIOS team to install and manage the WMOS and LMS products in the Client environments
• Definition of automation (e.g. Chef) process and tools for versioning and deploying Manhattan and Client software into the appropriate environments
• Automated deployment of Manhattan WMOS into all appropriate environments
