Job summary

Knowledge Road is seeking NYS-licensed Occupational Therapists to join our school-based program in Manhattan on a 1099 basis. The role pays $75/hour and involves planning and delivering OT services aligned with each student's IEP/IESP goals.

Cases are one-to-one and scheduled during the school day, with some after-school or weekend options. You control your caseload and hours, while payment is issued by direct deposit after each month.

Qualifications

• NYS license as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Availability to work in Manhattan, NY.
• Past employment with NYC DOE within the last year may require special approval.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver occupational therapy aligned to each student’s IEP/IESP goals.
• Support each student’s participation in school and daily activities.
• Keep session notes and complete required documentation.
• Complete progress reports as required.
• Communicate with the school, the family and the student’s team.
• Attend IEP meetings for the students you work with.
