Job summary

Red-Shift is seeking a Functional Architect to translate warehouse management requirements into scalable solutions on the Manhattan Active platform. You will lead functional design discussions and ensure use of standard functionality across global templates.

The role requires deep domain knowledge of WMS processes and extensive experience with complex integrations, multi-site deployments, and collaboration with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Manhattan ActiveWarehouse design and implementation experience.
• Ability to challenge solutions and influence design decisions.
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes: receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, fulfillment.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-site implementations and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design for Manhattan ActiveWarehouse implementations.
• Translate operational requirements into structured functional designs.
• Support QA, SIT and UAT with functional interpretation and defect resolution.
• Review configuration approaches against business processes.
• Document design decisions and solution alternatives.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams and product owners.
