Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Sr Architect, Warehouse Systems to lead the migration from legacy warehouse systems to Manhattan Active WM across multiple locations. The role serves as a Manhattan Active WM SME, shaping the solution, standards, support model, and phased rollout.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
10+ years hands-on Manhattan WMS (WMOS/Scale/WMi).
5+ years Manhattan Active WM experience.
Lead SME/architect role on at least one Manhattan Active WM implementation.

Responsibilities

Lead Manhattan Active WM solution design for phased multi-location rollout.
Migrate from legacy WMS/TMS/WES/WCS to Manhattan capabilities.
Define future-state warehouse processes (receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns).
Assess workflows to remove bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Design inbound order integration with Manhattan Omni instance.
Collaborate with internal teams/vendors to validate hardware and interfaces.
Establish internal standards: configuration governance, release management, testing, rollout templates, support procedures.
Support testing, training, cutover, go-live, stabilization, and knowledge transfer.
