Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Manhattan Active Consultant to join our remote delivery teams, advising on warehouse operations and translating needs into scalable functional solutions for business stakeholders and IT across global WM/OM initiatives.

About the Role

Job Title: Manhattan Active Consultant

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for a senior functional warehouse advisor with multi-year operational warehouse experience across multiple industry sectors who can work directly with business and operations stakeholders to understand current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and challenge and improve the operational process before recommending system changes.
• This person should bring strong functional consulting, process improvement, stakeholder management, and business consulting skills, with the ability to translate improved operational processes into scalable functional solutions.
• WMS knowledge, including Manhattan Active, should be viewed as an enabler of the solution rather than the primary qualification.
• The role ultimately serves as the functional bridge between warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and IT across global WM/OM initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Multi-year operational warehouse experience
• Experience across multiple industry sectors
• Functional consulting and process improvement capabilities
• The ability to challenge and improve operational processes before proposing system changes
• Strong stakeholder management and business consulting skills
• WMS knowledge as an enabler rather than the primary qualification

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary rate for this position is between $150,000 - 160,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
