Zekai is seeking a Mandarin Transcription Expert for a fully remote contractor role. You will listen to Mandarin and English audio, produce verbatim transcripts, and annotate with context as required by guidelines.

Ideal candidates have native Mandarin, professional transcription experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from anywhere. Prior bilingual Mandarin-English projects are a plus, and you will help train AI systems with high-quality data.

Formación

• Native Mandarin with advanced listening and comprehension skills.
• Proven experience in professional-level transcription, especially Mandarin audio.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free deliverables.
• Familiarity with transcription platforms is highly desirable.
• Able to work independently and manage remote deliverables.
• Experience with bilingual Mandarin-English projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Listen to Mandarin and English audio and provide verbatim transcripts.
• Annotate transcripts with relevant tags or contextual notes per guidelines.
• Review, proofread, and edit transcripts for accuracy and consistency.
• Follow project instructions and maintain formatting standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify ambiguous content.
• Deliver finalized transcripts within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Contribute linguistic insights to improve AI model understanding.
