Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written).
• Minimum English proficiency at B2 for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music/audio engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills focusing on clarity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Chinese audio clips and evaluate nativeness and fluency of speakers or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity per guidelines.
• Document assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Chinese language understanding and generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audio review tasks with high quality standards.
