Lee & Hayes, P.C. seeks a Mandarin-speaking Patent Attorney to join our Seattle, Washington office.

This role focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in computer-related tech, including software, AI/ML, and AR/VR, with practice before the USPTO and foreign offices. Ideal candidates are fluent in Mandarin and English, have a JD, and possess IP prosecution experience across multiple jurisdictions, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission requirements.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Experience prosecuting patent applications in computer-related tech, including software, ML/AI, AR/VR.

Mansioni

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications in computer-related technologies.
• File and prosecute patents before USPTO and foreign offices; respond to office actions; conduct interviews with Examiners.
• Oversee multi-jurisdictional filings including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan; coordinate with foreign associates.
