Qualifications

Responsibilities
Prepare and prosecute software-related patent applications before the USPTO.
Draft patent specifications, claims, and responses to Office Actions.
Develop and manage patent portfolios aligned with client business objectives.
Provide strategic counseling on patentability and prosecution strategy.
Collaborate with attorneys, agents, and technical specialists on complex matters.
Stay current with developments in patent law and emerging technologies.
