CareBuilders at Home in Plano/Allen, TX is seeking a Mandarin-speaking live-in caregiver to support a Chinese-speaking older adult at home. The role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits in a compassionate, client-focused environment.

Ideal candidates will have Mandarin fluency, caregiving experience, and the ability to work a live-in schedule. Training and career advancement opportunities are available with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency required.
• Availability for a live-in assignment.
• Previous caregiving experience (professional or family care).
• Warm, patient approach and dependable work habits.
• Ability to follow the client’s care plan and perform duties safely.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• CNA/HHA/PCA credentials preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and attentive, respectful support.
• Assist with personal care, daily routines, mobility, and safe transfers per the care plan.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the care team.
• Document care provided and communicate updates.
• Follow agency policies and protect client privacy.
