Job summary

CareBuilders at Home in Plano/Allen, TX is seeking a Mandarin-speaking live-in caregiver to support a Chinese-speaking older adult at home. You will provide companionship, assist with daily routines, prepare meals, light housekeeping, and document care activities.

Required is conversational Mandarin, availability for a live-in assignment, caregiving experience, a warm, patient approach, and a valid driver's license. CNA/HHA/PCA credentials are preferred but not required.

Pay: $18–$21 per hour, based on experience and care needs

The ideal candidate brings caregiving experience, patience, and the ability to communicate comfortably in Mandarin while respecting the client’s preferences, routines, and cultural background.

What You’ll Do
