National Life Group is seeking a bilingual Case Manager (Mandarin speaking) to join our Addison, TX or Montpelier, VT team with a hybrid work arrangement. You will evaluate life insurance applications, assess risk factors, and coordinate with agents/agency throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience interacting with customers in life insurance and/or annuity fields.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and empathy.
• Background check may include fingerprinting.
• College degree not required but preferred; skills and attitude valued.

Responsibilities

• Process life insurance applications with speed and accuracy.
• Assess medical, nonmedical and financial risk factors and determine ratings.
• Serve as liaison with agents/agencies via phone, email, and CRM.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and deliver exceptional service.
