Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Sacramento, CA is looking for dedicated HCA caregivers to join our team. The role involves personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility assistance for seniors in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required.
• TB test completed within the last 24 months.
• Must pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, family members, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to lift and assist with transfers, if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities.
• Monitor and document client progress and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids.
• Offer companionship and ensure a safe, caring environment.
