Golden Years In-Home Senior Care in Sacramento, CA is seeking compassionate HCA Caregivers to join our team. You will provide personal care, help with daily activities, and support seniors in their homes.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) with competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, bilingual English and Mandarin required, and opportunities for ongoing training. Qualified applicants must be registered Home Care Aide in California, pass a background check, have TB test,

Qualifications

• Must be a current Home Care Aide (HCA) registered with the California Department of Social Services.
• Must be bilingual English and Mandarin.
• TB test within the last 24 months.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, family members, and team members.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care assistance to senior clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document client progress and report changes to supervisors as necessary.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility aids as needed.
• Offer companionship and ensure a positive, safe, and caring environment for each client.
