Job summary

Yami is seeking a skilled ICQA Analyst to ensure inventory accuracy, quality, and audit effectiveness within our on-site operations in California. You will drive loss prevention, data integrity, and continuous improvement across inbound to outbound processes.

The role requires a BS in a related field, 3+ years in inventory control, strong data skills (SQL/Excel), and fluency in English and Mandarin. On-site positions in Brea, CA are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management, preferably with Inventory Control.
• Strong data accuracy focus with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and improvements.
• Analyze defects and discrepancies to drive optimization.
• Ensure product quality and monitor expiration dates.
• Use QA tools to assure operation quality and SOP adherence.
• Reduce defects across inbound to outbound processes.
• Lead audits and establish mechanisms for SOP compliance.
• Own Andon Cord process; implement quick fixes and long-term optimizations.
• Lead Kaizen projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage on-site ICQA personnel performance and daily problem-solving.
• Participate in team projects as needed.
