Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate in Tempe, AZ is seeking an International Community Ambassador to welcome international students, connect them with peers, and support leasing goals. You will help residents navigate campus life and local resources while building a vibrant, inclusive community.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; you will plan events, coordinate move-ins/outs, and partner with university offices to engage students.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English required, including reading and writing.
• Current full-time student or bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Leadership involvement in student orgs or similar is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage diverse populations and plan programming.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader and go-to resource for international residents at The Carmin.
• Create a welcoming community for international students and introduce them to ASU life.
• Help residents transition to community living and Tempe life.
• Plan and host weekly and monthly cultural events and programming.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and welcome efforts during peak periods.
• Develop outreach and marketing strategies to engage current and future students.
• Partner with university offices and student organizations for events.
• Support leasing by engaging with international students and leasing beds/apartments.
• Communicate rent terms and policies in Mandarin and English.
• Provide information on academics, student services, and campus resources.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold Peak standards.
• Adhere to Peak policies, including fair housing standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
