ComForCare Home Care is looking for compassionate caregivers to support a senior Chinese woman in Dublin, CA. The role requires Mandarin fluency, availability 8AM-4PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and a genuine desire to assist seniors.

Training and career growth opportunities are provided, with flexible scheduling and potential weekend hours. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, companionship, and engagement in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Must speak Mandarin.
• Available 8am-4pm Tue and Thu.
• Desire to help seniors and vulnerable adults.
• Weekend availability is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable transportation.
• Positive attitude and good communication.
• Active California HCA registration (or willingness to complete it).
• Able to work in the Tri-Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Support a senior Chinese woman in Dublin with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Schedule: 8AM-4PM Tuesday & Thursday; potential for Sat/Sun 8AM-4PM.
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers, and light exercises.
• Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed.
• Provide light housekeeping and routine household support.
• Offer companionship and family respite.
• Engage clients in conversation, activities, and meaningful connection.
