Job summary

CB Talents SP is seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Help Desk Executive to support employees by handling HR inquiries and providing accurate, timely assistance. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple requests in a structured environment. Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Salary: Up to RM 5,500. Age Requirement: Max 25 years old. Fluent in Mandarin and English with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries via chat, email, or phone in Mandarin and English
• Provide support on HR policies, employee records, payroll, and benefits
• Resolve issues or cascade complex cases to the relevant HR teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee interactions
• Ensure service quality and response time meet company standards
• Support administrative HR tasks when required
