Job summary

Win.IT America Inc. in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager for warehouse automation. You will complete installation and implement a comprehensive inspection, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair system to support production equipment daily.

You will lead annual maintenance plans, work with authorities and suppliers, review records, and provide management reports. The role also focuses on standardizing self-maintenance and developing improvement strategies for equipment

Qualifications

1 year or more experience with automation equipment.
Knowledge of warehouse and conveyor equipment management.
Bilingual Chinese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop annual maintenance plans and budgets for warehouse automation equipment.
Execute maintenance plans and manage asset records and reports.
Review performance, plan preventive maintenance, and standardize self-maintenance.
Analyze failures, decide in-house vs. outsourced maintenance, and manage costs.
Develop and train personnel in operating and maintaining automation equipment.
Provide user training and maintain records of operating hours and abnormalities.
