Job summary

Elmwood Grove Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director/Managing Veterinarian to lead a well-established 7-doctor team. You will oversee surgical and medical cases, uphold high clinical standards, and deliver exceptional client care.

You will mentor associates and staff in a collaborative, positive environment while partnering with a Hospital Manager on operations, with a clear pathway to practice ownership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a DVM in small animal GP or urgent care.
• Demonstrated leadership and financial management abilities.
• Ability to mentor veterinarians and staff in a collaborative environment.

Starting salary of $150,000-$170,000 plus production and leadership bonuses
