Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product counseling across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prior HR-tech exposure in EOR/PEO/HRIS/Payroll.
• In-house and startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS and AI product counseling end-to-end.
• Draft and negotiate product terms and AI-specific clauses.
• Monitor new AI regulations and translate into actionable items.
• Manage external counsel on complex issues.
• Deliver training and enablement.
