The ideal candidate has a law degree, 4 to 8 years of experience in Big Law and in-house roles at tech companies, and expertise in product counseling, AI/ML, and privacy issues. The position offers a competitive compensation of $250,000 to $275,000 annually, plus equity and generous benefits, making it an attractive opportunity for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Law degree, admission to practice in at least one U.S. state.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in Big Law and tech company.
• Strong command of AI/ML issues, privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).

Responsibilities

• Support product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Advise on drafting and reviewing technology licensing agreements.
• Partner with Security and Privacy teams on incident response.
