• Experience mentoring founders on fundraising and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital formation strategy for Frontier Fund I and future fund vehicles.
• Source, cultivate, and close investments with LPs (HNWIs, family offices, fund-of-funds, institutions).
• Build long-term relationships with LPs to drive co-investment and syndication.
• Define and execute the firm's strategic vision, brand, and growth roadmap.

EWV is hiring an experienced **Managing Partner** to lead the firm's strategic growth, fundraising, portfolio development, and platform expansion.
