The firm's **$50M Frontier Fund I** invests in seed-stage AI companies that combine deep industry expertise, proprietary data, and defensible technology, with a focus on HealthTech, FinTech, and the Future-of-Work. EWV is hiring an experienced **Managing Partner** to lead the firm's strategic growth, fundraising, portfolio development, and platform expansion. This is a remote, US-based role structured as full-time or part-time, compensated on a cash & carry basis.**Key Responsibilities**- Lead capital formation strategy for Frontier Fund I and future fund vehicles; refine the investment thesis and fundraising materials- Source, cultivate, and close investments with LPs including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, fund-of-funds, and institutional investors- Build long-term trusted relationships with existing and prospective Limited Partners; drive co-investment and syndication opportunities- Help define and execute the firm's long-term strategic vision, brand positioning, and growth roadmap- Develop operational excellence across fund management, governance, compliance, and institutional best practices, working alongside General Partners- Support sourcing, due diligence, and investment decision-making across seed-stage opportunities; guide portfolio construction and reserve deployment planning- Mentor portfolio founders on fundraising strategy, growth planning, and operational scaling- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of investors, operators, and platform leaders**Qualifications**- 15+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or institutional investing- Proven track record of successfully raising multiple venture funds through a strong network across family offices, institutional investors, and fund-of-funds- Experience leading or serving in a senior investment role within a venture capital firm- Deep understanding of fund construction, deal structuring, portfolio strategy, venture economics, and LP management- Strong knowledge of seed-stage investing and venture-backed company growth dynamics- Experience mentoring founders and supporting early-stage company scaling**Compensation & Location**Remote, US-based.
