Qualifications

• Experience in managing operations in a restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities
• Understanding of P&L, inventory, and budgeting processes
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to recruit and hire management and hourly staff

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with employment policies with support from the management team
• Direct the management team, set weekly schedules, and assign responsibilities to Restaurant Managers
• Manage performance of the management team including coaching and disciplinary actions
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly employees
• Oversee weekly and monthly P&L, budgets, and inventories (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Control food and labor costs and plan sales and labor strategies
• Verify Taste & Temp, sanitation scores, and training standards
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and staff safety at all times
• Oversee local store marketing and development of key employees through training
• Foster company culture aligned with core values (passion, integrity, partnership, fun with purpose)

Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations. As a Managing Partner, you would be responsible for making sure that fresh food and exceptional service is delivered to our guests at all times.

As a Managing Partner your responsibilities would include:

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies, with assistance from the management team
• Directing work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
• Managing performance of the management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L
• Planning, preparing, and overseeing weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories, and budgets
• Providing ultimate oversight and control over all food and labor costs
• Sales and labor planning
• Verifying daily Taste & Temp
• Verifying audit, sanitation feedback scores, and training standards are being maintained
• Planning annual party and fun outings for the staff
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
• Maintaining safety of our employees and guests at all times
• Overseeing all local store marketing activities
• Overseeing development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and managers
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Partnering with all store vendors and support center contacts
• Attending weekly and quarterly regional meetings
• Maintaining culture of the restaurant and living our core values every day; passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
