Managing Partner — Modern Woodmen of America
We’re looking for a Managing Partner to grow and coach a team of financial representatives in a district or region. The Managing Partner will attract, recruit, and develop a successful business, provide coaching and mentoring, and help team members meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members.
Responsibilities
- Grow a team of financial representatives.
- Coach, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve business goals.
- Guide team members in meeting the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in the assigned district.
Qualities of an Ideal Candidate
- Honest and has integrity.
- Leadership skills – fosters teamwork, collaborates, and communicates effectively.
- Competitive and driven to grow themselves by helping others.
- Shows a volunteer spirit and initiative to grow professionally.
- Will complete continuing education and training courses to earn advanced designations (LUTC, CLU, Series 6, 63, 26).
Preferred Licensure
- Life, Annuity, Series 6 or 7, and Series 24 or 26.
