Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are maintained at all times. If you are an entrepreneur eager to run your own restaurant, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Managing Partner:

1. Enforce compliance with employment policies, with management team assistance
2. Direct management team work, including scheduling and responsibility allocation
3. Manage performance, conduct evaluations, coaching, and discipline
4. Review applications, interview, and hire staff
5. Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs
6. Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
7. Manage costs, waste, and labor, and oversee P&L
8. Plan and oversee inventories and budgets
9. Maintain audit, safety, and training standards
10. Oversee restaurant cleanliness and security
11. Manage incentive programs and employee development
12. Practice safe food handling procedures
13. Act as primary liaison with vendors and support center
14. Uphold the restaurant’s culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, fun with purpose
