As a Managing Partner, your responsibilities include:

• Enforcing employment policies with management support
• Managing the management team, including scheduling and assigning responsibilities
• Conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Hiring management and hourly staff
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and responsible service
• Managing costs, waste, and budgets
• Reviewing weekly and monthly financials
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
• Overseeing security measures and incentive programs
• Developing key employees and managers
• Practicing safe food handling
• Acting as liaison with vendors and support centers
• Upholding the restaurant's culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose
