Qualifications

• Ten plus years of business valuation experience at Big 4 or national role.
• Significant experience in business valuation and intangible assets required.
• Prior experience in financial reporting valuation and appraisal review.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements from proposal to completion.
• Manage business valuation assignments and staff.
• Contribute to business development activities.
